You will be treated honestly and fairly, satisfaction guaranteed. I can't count the number of times Lance has arrived to save the day! Many years ago I represented sellers of a home in Selkirk. The closing day arrived, and the buyer arrived at the house to do a final walkthrough of the home on the way to the closing. I received a frantic call from the buyer's realtor... it seemed the buyer did not recall that the yard had a shed (in great condition) and a swing set... and did not wish to have either one. Her agent explained that the buyer could certainly deal with their removal after closing, and also that had she wished them removed, should have excluded both from the sale. This caused quite the scene, I was told, and the buyer claimed she would not attend the closing if this was not taken care of immediately. Before I even alerted my sellers, who were in transit to their new home in Long Island, I called Lance. He was on his way to another job that was not time sensitive. He heard my plea, made a U-turn with his truck, and headed over to the property. Within 30 minutes, I received a picture of the yard, minus the shed and swing set, that I was able to forward to the agent to show her buyer and all proceed according to plan. A few years later, a very similar thing happened, this time with a beautiful wall until that spanned the length of the family room. Buyer decided day of closing she didn't want to keep it, and one call to Lance and it magically disappeared in time to keep her happy. I could go on and on, but I believe you get the idea!
