Easy To Work With

I would like to thank you for your team’s effort at my mom’s house last week. Not quite sure where to start but here we go. As you know I originally had a franchise company show up and do walk-through estimate and assessment of the task at hand. At the time I didn’t even know your company existed until your name was brought up by my realtor. After reaching out to meet you, I immediately noticed the difference in your experience and knowledge of my situation versus the feeling I got from the much less experienced younger kids who showed up prior. You were easy to work with and the things that stood out the most were you and your men’s respect for our house, property, and most importantly our feelings and emotions at a difficult time. You were even able to keep me and my siblings on tasks when we started to veer from our original plans which is nothing short of a miracle. In closing, I would just like to say thank you and please feel free to pass thing along to anyone else facing this task.
